  This works very well. I highly recommend this product. The dial is nice and quick, although numbers would be better for precision.

  I must be in the group of people who received a defective unit. I got the H98 "send in for repair" error message after just two uses. Other than the part where the microwave stopped working, I love the way it looks and the controls. I'm going to try again with a replacement unit, we'll see how that one goes! So far the Amazon return/exchange process seems pretty easy to deal with.

  I just received my new Panasonic microwave oven today. It was delivered very promptly and in perfect condition. It is very easy to operate and does everything it promises to do. I especially love the dial and sensory heating and cooking buttons, it makes cooking a snap. The oven itself has a very modern look and the front doesn't show fingerprints which is a huge plus. I would recommend this oven to all of my family and friends.

  Beware that this thing is pretty large. It has a large interior volume and is very easy to use - despite not having a standard keypad. It looks good with other stainless appliances.

  Microwave received right on schedule in A-1 condition. The digital dial timer takes a bit of time to get used to after so many years of touch pads, but that really is the small stuff. So far, everything heats & cooks just fine, meeting my expectations which are high. It's easy to clean up. Still, I miss the old microwave that died on me. If this one lasts 10 years & dies, I'll miss it, too. So far, so good . . . ask again in a few years and I'll let you know how it's going.

  Looks great and easy to use. Huge interior, heats food quickly and evenly. Defrosts evenly too. I would definitely recommend this to others.

  been using this microwave for a year and 2 months. love everything about it, it heats fast, everything is great. one annoying thing was the stupid door. it take so much effort to close it, we literally have to slam it shut every time! other then that, no complain yet...
